Audio Control Panel
Push Button Replacement
The Audio Control Panel (ACP) Push Button directs receiver audio from the aircraft’s speaker to a headset. The control also facilitates the audio being heard on a single receiver, or in combination with other receivers. With repeated,
sustained use, the locking/toggle mechanism can become worn and cause button malfunction. This occurs when the locking/toggle mechanism will not lock in the positive transpond position, resulting in pilot inability to switch out of radio listening mode.
The Av8 Group has developed an FAA-DER Approved replacement for the original plastic body of the push button assembly with an updated switch housing designed for improved durability and reliability. The ACP Push Button is returned to a new condition, saving the end user significant money over the cost of replacement.
